Ingredients
4 chickens
•2 onions
•3 cloves of garlic
•2 potatoes
•100 g mushroom
•12 green olives
•1 teaspoon of Provence herbs
•1 half of powdered ginger
•1 half of black pepper powder
•1 teaspoon of salt
•1 teaspoon of turmeric
•2 tablespoons of olive oil
•3 glasses of water
•1 chilli (optional)
Directions
Place the 4 chicken thighs, cut the onion into small pieces, with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, half a teaspoon of powdered ginger, half a teaspoon of black pepper, a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of curcumin, 3 crushed cloves of garlic, and 3 glasses of water, cover the pot and cook for 20 minutes then add the olives and mushrooms and cook over the heat gently for 10 to 20 minutes.
At the end you can add a chilli pepper to give more flavor.
