Ingredients
2 turkey legs
2 tablespoons of maple syrup or liquid honey
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of Maggi Flavor or soy sauce
1 tablespoon of mustard (preferably old-fashioned)
8 medium or 4 large potatoes
Directions
There are pieces of meat which, to tell the truth, are not exceptional. Often they are inexpensive and it would be a shame not to be able to enjoy them. This recipe is perfect for turkey thighs.
It’s all in the marinade and in the cooking. A few roughly chopped potatoes and here’s something to feast on for less. For the marinade, use maple syrup or liquid honey. You can make this recipe any time of the year. In summer, prefer the barbecue or the plancha and your oven all year round.
