Ingredients
- A roll of pizza dough
- 12 slices of Dhayaati's mortadella
- 180g of grated cheese
- 125 g of peppers (fried in oil)
- 2 tbsp of flour
- 1 egg yolk
- Sesame seeds
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C. Put the flour on your work space. Stretch out the dough till it gets a 30 cm rectangular shape.
- Purée the peppers in a mixer, turning them into a paste-like consistency.
- Put the mixed pepper, the cheese and the mortadella on the pizza dough. Leave 1cm from each side. You could add some red chili peppers cut into pieces for an extra kick.
- Roll the dough and close the extremeties with a fork.
- Put the roll on an oven safe pan covered with parchement paper. Cover the dough with the egg yolk and cook the roll in the oven for 22 to 25 minutes
- Optional : You could add some sesame seeds before cooking for a more appetizing look, you could also add some grilled cheese on top.
- Take it out for the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before tasting.
