Ingredients
- 4 Dhayaati chicken breast
- 1 grated tomato
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tsps of ginger
- 2 tsps of cumin
- 2 tsp of paprika
- 1/2 a bunch of fresh coriander
- 1 tsp of curcuma
- ½ tsp of pepper
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 cup of salted olives
Directions
1- Put oil in the slowcooker
2-Add tomato, onion and minced garlic cloves and coriander, then add the spices
3-Cut the chicken breasts into cubes, then add it to the slow cooker, don’t forget to stir it really good so the sauce covers the chicken breast.
4-Crumble the chicken bouillon cube then pour the salted olives.
5-Add a cup and a half of water then close the slow cooker and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
